Okay, listen- I don’t know anything about buying cars. This was my first time making a big “adult” purchase, and it was a great one!
The folks at Cars Near Cost were super friendly, kind, and well informed.
John was the gentleman who helped me through the process; if you want someone knowledgeable and funny to set you at ease during the process, absolutely ask for him.
The warehouse was very clean, and the vehicles were in great shape, and included file reports from CarFax so you could review any accidents, previous owners, recalls and the like before making any decisions.
Additionally, when we noticed a tire was low, they offered to have it repaired at one of their shops for free if it happened to be a problem. Which gave me some real peace of mind!
Jennifer and Casey were both paramount in ensuring I was comfortable and completely in the know about what I was buying.
Overall a stellar experience! Would certainly recommend. :)
We just bought our son his new SUV, absolutely fabulous experience! John was an excellent salesman, focused on our son & speaking to him, which we appreciated very much! (after all, it was gonna be his car) Seamless experience! They had him in his new vehicle in basically 1 day. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming & friendly. We didn't feel pressured at all. We love the fact that the "car lot" is indoors, in a giant warehouse. They have a vast selection, so definitely something for everyone. Great group of people,, Aaron, Shauna, Blake etc Would certainly recommend them! We'll be back for future purchases!
Had an amazing experience buying a car with my girlfriend. We met Nick who is pretty amazing at his job. He was well spoken, informative, and enthusiastic. Even after we refused the initial offer he provided for us on our first vehicle choice (after he worked so hard to put it together!), his demeanor did not change when another vehicle caught our eye. He displayed the same enthusiasm and was able to give us an amazing deal. Jennifer was also amazing with the financial side of things. She was able to breakdown the different packages and options provided to give us the best choice possible. All in all, a fantastic buying experience. Had we not bought a vehicle today, we definitely would have been in again until we found something that met our needs.

My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience here at Cars Near Cost. We initially inquired about the vehicle we bought online and was contacted shortly after by Blake, he ensured the vehicle we were interested in was exactly what my family and I needed. He was friendly, confident, helpful. Jennifer on the Finance side was amazing, she was able to work with our budget and did whatever she could to fit the numbers within our target.
I don’t usually shop at smaller dealerships and usually just go for big name dealers (ex: Toyota, Nissan) but Cars Near Cost has my vote for one of the best dealers in the city.
From start to finish this was the best car purchase I have ever made, and there has been too many to count. On arrival, I was greeted by Aaron the general manager, who introduced me to Nick. Having a salesman who I can relate to and feel comfortable with during big purchases is what makes the deal for me, and that is exactly how Nick treated me. From entering the showroom, test driving the vehicle, and signing the papers, not only was I treated with the highest quality of care and respect, but I was also introduced to the other managers Kai and Blake, and the owners of the company Macon and Vaughan who continued to show me exactly why Cars Near Cost is the best place in town. Can not recommend them enough!
